🔒 Asura Membership Bot | Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data our membership bot (the "Bot") accesses on Discord and how it is used. The Bot's only role is to keep your Discord subscription role in sync with your active Asura membership.

📋 What Data the Bot Uses
The Bot only accesses the minimum data needed to manage your membership role:

• Your Discord user ID, to identify which member a subscription belongs to.
• Your server roles, to add your membership tier role and remove any outdated or duplicate tier roles.
• Subscription notifications from Tebex, automated messages, posted in a private staff channel, indicating that a member subscribed to, renewed, or cancelled a given tier.
The Bot does not read messages written by members, and never accesses your payment or card details, all payment information is handled entirely by Tebex.
🎯 Why We Use It
This data is used solely to assign or remove the Discord role that matches your active membership tier, and to remove any duplicate or outdated tier roles so you always hold exactly the role you are currently paying for. It is never used for any other purpose.
💾 Data Storage & Retention
The Bot does not store your personal data in any external database. Each subscription event is processed in memory, your Discord roles are updated, and nothing is retained outside of Discord. Your role data lives only on Discord itself.
🚫 What We Never Do
• We never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
• We never use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
• We never read, track, or store the content of your personal messages.
🧑‍💻 Your Control & Rights
• You can cancel your membership at any time through the Tebex portal; your tier role is removed automatically at the end of your billing period.
• You may request the removal of your roles, or ask any question about your data, by contacting an Asura administrator on Discord.

🤖 Asura Community Bot | Data Usage
In addition to the membership bot above, our community bot provides economy, mini-games, and moderation features on our Discord server. This section explains the data it uses.
📋 What We Store
To run the community economy, we store in a private database:

• Your Discord user ID.
• Your economy data, balance, inventory, cooldowns, and giveaway entries.
This is stored so your progress persists over time. It is used solely to operate the bot's features.
💬 Message Content
The bot reads message content in real time only to detect and process its text commands (prefixed with ".") and for moderation (anti-spam protection, keyword auto-responses, and a message-delete audit log). Message content is never stored in a database; moderation and delete logs are reposted only to a private staff channel within our own Discord server.
🗓️ Retention & Deletion
Your economy data is kept while you are a member of our community. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting an Asura administrator on our Discord server.
🚫 What We Never Do
• We never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
• We never use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
• We never store message content in an external database, and we never profile it.
