This Privacy Policy explains what data the Asura community's Discord bots and the Nexus website collect, why we use it, and how it is handled.
It applies to all Asura services that process your data:

📋 What Data We Process
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
• Discord account data — your user ID, username, avatar, and server roles.
• Membership & purchases — your subscription tier and purchase status.
• Support tickets — the content of tickets you open and their status.
• Economy data — your in-server balance, inventory, and activity.
• Message content — read in real time only, for command processing and moderation (see below).

We never collect your payment or card details — all payments are handled entirely by Tebex.
🎯 How We Use It
• Membership role bot — assigns or removes your Discord tier role based on your active Tebex subscription.
• SAURA support bot — runs the support-ticket system and staff moderation tools; it reads your roles to verify staff permissions before allowing ticket actions.
• Community bot — runs the server economy, mini-games, and automated moderation.
• Nexus & Sentinel — sign you in with Discord and synchronize your roles to control access to website features (VIP, admin, the live map) and to display community statistics.
• SAURA support bot — runs the support-ticket system and staff moderation tools; it reads your roles to verify staff permissions before allowing ticket actions.
• Community bot — runs the server economy, mini-games, and automated moderation.
• Nexus & Sentinel — sign you in with Discord and synchronize your roles to control access to website features (VIP, admin, the live map) and to display community statistics.
💬 Message Content
The Community bot reads message content in real time only to detect and process its text commands (prefixed with ".") and for moderation (anti-spam protection, keyword auto-responses, and a message-delete audit log). Message content is never stored in a database and is never profiled; moderation and delete logs are reposted only to a private staff channel within our own Discord server.
💾 Storage & Retention
• Your data (Discord IDs, roles, support tickets, and economy state) is stored in our own private databases, on servers that are access-restricted to Asura administrators and used solely to operate these features.
• It is kept while you are part of the Asura community, so your membership, progress, tickets, and access persist over time.
• The membership role bot keeps nothing off-platform — it reacts to events and updates your Discord role only.

🚫 What We Never Do
• We never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
• We never use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
• We never store message content in an external database, and never profile it.

• You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting an Asura administrator on our Discord server
• You can cancel your membership at any time via the Tebex portal; your tier role is removed automatically at the end of your billing period.

🤝 Third Parties
• Tebex handles all payments and subscription management; their own privacy policy applies to payment data.
