🔧 Manage Your Asura Subscription
Your Asura membership can be managed or cancelled at any time through the Tebex customer portal.
Cancelling a subscription will not immediately remove your benefits. All perks remain active until the end of your current billing period.
📅 How Subscription Cancellation Works
Your membership remains active until the billing cycle ends.
Example:
• You subscribe on March 10
• You cancel on March 20
• Your perks remain active until April 10
• You subscribe on March 10
• You cancel on March 20
• Your perks remain active until April 10
After the billing period ends, your membership role and associated benefits will automatically be removed.
📨 Access the Subscription Portal
To manage your subscription, Tebex requires the email address used during checkout.
Once entered, Tebex will send you a secure access link where you can:
• Cancel your subscription
• View your payment history
• Manage active memberships
• Cancel your subscription
